Spicy Mixed Salt

This blend of spices is wonderful on a variety of foods from eggs, pasta, and grilled chicken.  It can be used to make salad dressings, raita, and many other dishes.  Any effort to reduce one’s sodium intake makes a difference.  Reaching for this flavourful salt blend instead of the plain salt-shaker is a step in the right direction.  

¼ cup Himalayan pink salt

¼ cup black salt

¼ cup ground white pepper

¼ cup red chili flakes

½ cup garlic powder

½ cup onion powder 

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.  Store in an airtight container.
